An experienced New York City-based attorney, Han-Hsien Tuan is a founding partner with Tuan Olona, LLP, which maintains offices throughout the United States and in Spain, Hong Kong, and China. Since 2008, the firm has represented clients in commercial litigation and employment cases, as well as general corporate, real estate and asset based financing transactions. Drawing on more than 27 years of diverse legal experience, Han-Hsien Tuan provides a broad spectrum of legal services aimed at helping clients succeed in a demanding business environment.

A graduate of Haverford College and the New York University School of Law, Han-Hsien Tuan formerly served as a partner with Wong Fleming, PC. Apart from his professional responsibilities, he is an active member of his New York community. The former director at Immigrant Social Services, Inc., he led the organization in providing services for immigrants in New York City's Lower East Side. He also has served as treasurer of the Friends of Stuyvesant and as a chancellor and vestryman at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church.
